Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Treviqo (operated by Treviqo Traders (OPC) Pvt Ltd) delivers orders placed on our website across India.

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship to serviceable pin codes throughout India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available in your area.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders of ₹500 and above. A standard delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart value.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability. Delivery timelines may be longer during festivals, peak seasons or adverse weather. You will receive order confirmation and updates by email and/or SMS.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your mobile number and address are correct. If you are unavailable, a second delivery attempt may be made. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation as per our Cancellation Policy.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders. The total payable amount (including shipping, if applicable) must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be held or cancelled if the address is incomplete, incorrect, or outside our service area. For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated after verification.
